1. Program Description
Treme Estate Sales operates two separate SMS programs:
Service / Transactional SMS — appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, estate sale schedule updates, and direct responses to your inquiries.
Marketing SMS — occasional information about upcoming estate sales, new services, helpful tips for families navigating estate transitions, and promotional offers.
You opt in to each program separately. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Treme Estate Sales by:
Checking the appropriate consent box(es) on our website contact form at tremeestatesales.com
Checking the SMS consent box during online booking
Verbally agreeing during a phone call (which we will document)
Texting a keyword we provide to (469) 878-9179
3. Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on your situation:
Service / Transactional SMS: typically 2–6 messages per month while you are an active client; fewer otherwise
Marketing SMS: up to 4 messages per month
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Treme Estate Sales does not charge a fee to receive text messages from us.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Treme Estate Sales. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to you from that program.
If you have opted in to both transactional and marketing programs, replying STOP will unsubscribe you from the program associated with the message you replied to. To opt out of all programs, you may text STOP to (469) 878-9179, contact us by phone or email, or check no consent boxes on future forms.

7. Supported Carriers
Treme Estate Sales SMS programs are available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number, SMS consent, and SMS-related data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have permission from the account holder, to opt in to SMS messages from Treme Estate Sales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
